Ray leads our hands-on efforts in gathering and refurbishing gear, while forging local partnerships that provide direct financial aid to young athletes. He believes that through sports, every child can gain the confidence and skills needed for a lifetime of success.
Carissa Sordelet, Co-Founder & Secretary, is the heart of our organization's integrity. By managing our structure and outreach, she ensures the foundation operates with complete accountability while reaching the families who need us most. Her passion for youth development drives our mission forward, making certain that every child has the equipment and opportunity to get out and play.
Together, Ray and Carissa are breaking down the financial barriers that keep kids off the field. By combining community-driven leadership with a commitment to transparency, they are building a foundation where the only thing that matters is a child’s desire to participate.
